Shipping policy:
Processing Time:
A Journey Among Pages’ orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International: We currently ship only within the United States as we prepare to expand. International friends, we see you and we’re working on ways to reach you soon.
Shipping Costs:
All U.S. orders under $45 ship at a flat rate of $6.95. Free U.S. shipping on orders $45 and over.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility:
A Journey Among Pages accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:
Sale items, personalized or custom-made products as they are made just for you.
Return Process:

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Once received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would prefer a different journal or planner, we’re happy to arrange an exchange when stock allows.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
